The terms "Hitsteps", "us", and "we" refer to Hitsteps. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user, account owner, or viewer of our website.

By signing up for a free, trial, or paid account, or by continuing to use the service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Service

Features, content, and service changes

  • Content, plans, pricing, and product information on this website may change from time to time.
  • We may add, improve, modify, or remove features when needed for product, security, maintenance, or business reasons.
  • Unauthorized use of this website or service may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Data

Analytics data, accuracy, and backups

Hitsteps collects website analytics using client-side scripts and related service components. Client-side collection can be affected by browser settings, network conditions, visitor blockers, website code, and advanced end-user manipulation.

  • Your use of reports, data, or materials from this website is at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether our products, services, reports, and information meet your requirements.
  • We back up data internally and mirror data across multiple servers, but you remain responsible for saving reports and taking your own backups from time to time.
  • If data loss occurs, we are not liable for the loss of your data to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Email

Email notifications and recipients

When you enter an email address for registration, notifications, daily reports, support, or similar service messages, you confirm that you own that email address or have permission to use it.

If you enter another person's email address, you accept responsibility for doing so and must receive their consent before adding that address to Hitsteps.

Availability

Service availability and outages

We work to keep Hitsteps reliable. If the service fails for any reason, we will try to restore service as soon as practically possible, resolve the issue, and engage with affected clients in good faith.

Where appropriate, we may offer gratis license time as compensation. We do not automatically provide refunds of license fees solely because a server or service component fails.

If the service cannot continue and we are unable to provide the purchased service, contact us so we can review the situation and determine whether a refund applies.

Billing

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

  • Once a license is paid and the service is running correctly, we generally do not offer refunds.
  • We will review refund requests for duplicated payments, upgrades to another plan, or cases where you requested cancellation of automatic payment but were still charged.
  • Before raising a dispute with a financial payment body, please contact us first and allow at least 48 hours for a reply so we can investigate and resolve the billing concern.
  • Clients are required to contact us before any dispute is raised with our payment providers.
Conduct

Account conduct and termination

We reserve the right to terminate an account without notice if the account owner misuses Hitsteps, ignores warning notices, abuses the website, or sends insulting, threatening, racist, homophobic, sexist, or abusive emails or support tickets.

We operate a staff-protection policy and will protect our team at all times. If an account is terminated for these reasons, no refund of paid license fees will be issued unless we mutually agree otherwise during the warning or review process.

Disputes

Governing law and questions

Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of such use, is subject to the federal laws of Malaysia.
