Shopping behavior + store facts.
One clearer picture of your business.

Go beyond the order total.

Bring the questions you ask every day into one Commerce workspace.

How is my store doing?

Review order and revenue trends, payment states and refunds. Open an individual order to see its items and the recorded journey behind it.

Where do shoppers drop off?

Follow product views, cart changes and checkout steps. Explore completed and abandoned shopping journeys to find where the path to purchase breaks down.

Which products earn attention?

Compare recorded product interest with purchased items. See what shoppers browse, add to their carts and actually buy.

Which traffic brings buyers?

Explore the available source and campaign context for linked orders. Connect acquisition with recorded purchases rather than stopping at a visit count.

What happened before the sale?

Move between Commerce reports and visitor activity. When a journey is linked, you can see the product, cart and checkout activity that led to the order.

How complete is the picture?

See connection and coverage status alongside your reports. Unlinked orders still count, and gaps are visible so you can interpret the numbers with confidence.

Your store is on Shopify. Setup should feel simple.

Hitsteps handles the Shopify connection for you. There are no Commerce credentials to copy and no manual store integration to build.

  1. 1

    Open Hitsteps for your store

Use the Hitsteps app inside Shopify or your standalone Hitsteps website dashboard. New to Hitsteps? Install the Shopify app first.

  2. 2

    Choose Enable Commerce

Commerce is available on Pro and higher plans, or during an eligible active trial. On Free, Starter or Growth, upgrade to Pro to unlock it. If Commerce is not yet offered for your store, contact Hitsteps.

  3. 3

Approve order access if Shopify asks

Shopify asks for approval only when the required order permission is missing. Already approved it? Hitsteps can finish connecting without another prompt. Your new orders and shopping activity then begin appearing as they are collected.

Collection starts from activation. Older orders are not imported. The first new order gives you your first verified order to explore.

Make more of the traffic you already have

Unlock Commerce with Hitsteps Pro.

Free, Starter and Growth help you understand your visitors. Pro adds Commerce so you can connect shopping behavior with verified store revenue.

Commerce is included during an eligible active trial too. There is currently no separate monthly order quota; access and retained history follow your plan, and your normal traffic limits continue to apply.

A few things you may be wondering.

Which Hitsteps plans include Commerce?

Commerce is included on Pro and higher plans and during an eligible active trial. Free, Starter and Growth customers can upgrade to Pro to unlock it. Your plan determines how long order history is retained.

Will Shopify ask me to approve a new permission?

If Hitsteps does not already have access to your orders, Shopify asks you to approve order access when you enable Commerce. If that permission is already granted, the connection can finish without asking again.

Will my old Shopify orders be imported?

No. Commerce starts collecting new activity from activation. Earlier orders and activity from periods when collection was paused are not imported.

Does an order need a linked visitor to count?

No. Verified Shopify orders still count when a shopper journey cannot be linked. Hitsteps shows them as unlinked rather than guessing who the buyer was.

Is there a separate monthly order quota?

Commerce currently has no separate monthly order-count allowance. Access requires an eligible plan, and retention follows your plan. Your normal Hitsteps traffic limits still apply.

Can I use Commerce from the standalone Hitsteps dashboard?

Yes. You can use Commerce from Hitsteps inside Shopify or from your website dashboard at Hitsteps. Both use the same collected store data.

What happens to refunds and different currencies?

Commerce records verified refund information alongside orders. Shopify shop currency and the currency used by the buyer are shown in their respective views; currencies are not silently converted or added together.

Give every sale more context.
